This Euro container is a robust, versatile plastic transport and storage box featuring the standardized 400 x 300 mm Euronorm footprint. Made from polypropylene (PP), it features solid walls, a smooth base, and a sturdy hinged lid. With a 16-litre capacity, a 25 kg load capacity, and a low tare weight of just 1.39 kg, this container is ideal for professional transport, storage, and the organized transport of materials and components.

The sturdy hinged lid is equipped with two hinges and two sliding snap-locks; it can be installed or completely removed without tools. Because the lid is detachable, the container can also serve as a standard Euronorm stacking box once the lid is removed. This allows the same unit to be used flexibly—either as a lockable transport case or as an open plastic stacking box—within existing storage and logistics systems.

The hinges sit entirely within the container's profile. Consequently, they do not protrude, ensuring the external dimensions remain consistent with the standard 400 x 300 mm size. The container thus retains its standardized Euronorm dimensions whether the lid is attached or removed. Furthermore, the recessed position of the hinges offers better protection against impacts and damage during transport, handling, and storage. The lid opens up to 270°, ensuring easy access to the contents during filling and emptying. Additionally, the lid features recesses for securing straps, and the case can be sealed or locked, providing extra security during storage and transport.

For comfortable handling, the Euro-case is equipped with an ergonomic polyamide (PA) handle, allowing it to be carried with ease. The handle features a tilt-stop mechanism and can be folded down to a 90° angle. Integrated recessed grips also allow the case to be carried horizontally. The handle is designed to support a load of approximately 17 kg.

The continuous stacking rim and reinforcing ribs ensure a stable structure, allowing for a stacking load of up to 300 kg. When stacked, the rim provides a self-centering and locking function, ensuring multiple containers remain securely and stably in place. Thanks to its standardized dimensions, the case is compatible with other Euronorm containers. Even without the hinged lid, the container remains fully functional as a standard Euronorm stacking container. The design is also suitable for professional use on roller conveyors and flow racks.

The smooth interior walls and base make the case easy to clean. The PP material is resistant to common acids and alkalis, withstands temperatures ranging from -10°C to +60°C, and is food-safe. This makes the Euro-case suitable for use in food-related and damp working environments.
