This Euro container is a robust plastic transport and storage case featuring the standardized 600 x 400 mm Euronorm footprint. It is manufactured from polypropylene (PP) and designed with solid walls, a smooth base, and a sturdy hinged lid. With a capacity of 34 liters, a load capacity of 40 kg, and a tare weight of just 2.3 kg, this container is ideal for the safe storage and transport of tools, parts, components, and other materials.

The sturdy hinged lid is equipped with two hinges and two sliding snap-locks; it can be installed or completely removed without the need for tools. Because the lid is detachable, the container can also function as a standard Euronorm stacking container once the lid is removed. This allows the same unit to be used flexibly—either as a secure, lidded transport and storage case or as an open plastic stacking container within existing Euronorm systems.

The hinges are recessed entirely within the container's profile. Consequently, they do not protrude, ensuring the external dimensions remain consistent with the standard 600 x 400 mm size. The container thus retains its standardized Euronorm external dimensions whether the lid is attached or removed. Furthermore, the protected position of the hinges minimizes the risk of damage or the lid breaking off during transport, handling, and intensive daily use. Thanks to the wide 270° opening angle, the case can be conveniently filled and emptied. For added security, the lid can be secured with a lock or seal. Additionally, cutouts on the long and short sides allow the case to be secured with straps during transport.

For comfortable transport, the Euro-style case features an ergonomic polyamide (PA) handle with a tilt-stop mechanism. This allows the container to be carried like a suitcase with a load capacity of approximately 15 kg. It also features ergonomically shaped closed handgrips, enabling horizontal carrying with a load capacity of up to 40 kg.

The continuous stacking rim and reinforcing ribs allow for a high stacking load of up to 400 kg. The stacking rim is self-centering and interlocking, ensuring multiple containers can be stacked safely and stably. Thanks to its Euronorm dimensions, the case is compatible with other standardized Euro containers. Once the hinged lid is removed, the container remains fully functional as a standard Euronorm stacking container. Its robust construction also makes it suitable for professional use on roller conveyors and KANBAN gravity flow racks.

The smooth inner walls and base make the case easy to clean. The polypropylene (PP) material is resistant to common acids and alkalis, food-safe, and temperature-resistant from -10°C to +60°C. Consequently, the case is suitable for use in wet areas and food-related environments. The external dimensions are 600 x 400 x 185 mm, the internal dimensions are approximately 565 x 365 x 165 mm, and the usable internal height when stacked is approximately 155 mm.
