Description
The Fahrbare Werkbank Function – Type 254 is an extra-wide professional mobile workbench that combines mobility with maximum storage capacity and a robust industrial construction. This mobile workbench is designed for maintenance departments, assembly lines, production environments, and service points where tools and parts need to be clearly organized and easily moved. Thanks to the clever drawer layout and stable base, a flexible workstation is created that increases efficiency and ergonomics.
The two-piece body with a fully welded steel plate construction provides a torsionally rigid, wear-resistant, and durable base. Despite its mobile nature, the workbench remains stable during use and offers a total load capacity of 240 kg, suitable for tools, components, and light machinery.
The flat worktop, made of 40 mm thick beech plywood, is oiled and provides a wear-resistant, impact-resistant, and easy-to-maintain work surface. The solid wood absorbs vibrations and increases working comfort during assembly, repair, and installation work.
Both compartments – left and right – are identically equipped with four fully extendable drawers with front heights of 60 mm, 90 mm, 120 mm, and 300 mm. These varying drawer heights allow for the clear separation of small tools, fasteners, and larger components. Each drawer features fully extendable runners with a load capacity of 70 kg and generous internal dimensions of 450 x 600 mm, ensuring easy access to all contents. The central locking system with two keys locks all drawers simultaneously for optimal security.
The mobile base is equipped with four casters with a diameter of 100 mm, consisting of two fixed casters and two braked swivel casters. The gray polypropylene casters are trackless, protect the floor, and ensure smooth and quiet mobility within the workspace.
The fresh and professional color combination of a light gray body (RAL 7035) and gentian blue fronts (RAL 5010) gives the workbench a modern and distinctive look.
