Thanks to the combination of a free lift mast, proportional speed control, and modern lithium-ion technology, this electric stacker offers optimal control, safety, and productivity.

With a lifting capacity of 1200 kg, a lifting height of 3500 mm, and a free lift of up to 1800 mm, this high-lifter is ideal for stacking pallets at greater heights and for the efficient loading and unloading of goods. Thanks to the free lift, the forks can be raised to 1800 mm without increasing the total mast height. This makes the stacker particularly suitable for use in trucks, containers, elevators, and warehouses with limited headroom. The stacker is equipped with a powerful and maintenance-free 24V / 60Ah lithium-ion battery, combined with an integrated 30A charger for fast and easy charging. Lithium technology offers significant advantages over traditional lead-acid batteries, such as a longer service life, lower self-discharge, faster charging times, and intermediate charging without the memory effect. This ensures maximum uptime for the truck with minimal downtime.

Thanks to intelligent proportional control, lifting and lowering speeds can be precisely adjusted to the situation. This allows the mast to move smoothly and in a controlled manner, minimizing shocks and vibrations. This not only increases user comfort but also makes the truck particularly suitable for safely handling fragile or unstable loads. Furthermore, the variable speed control reduces mechanical stress on the chassis, mast, and bearings, extending the machine's service life.

The ergonomic tiller head features intelligent multifunction controls with integrated diagnostic functions. The operator has direct access to functions such as proportional lifting and lowering, creep speed, emergency reverse switch, battery indicator, and error code display. This makes the truck easy to operate, allowing any malfunctions to be quickly detected and resolved.

The robust construction consists of a reinforced steel chassis with a sturdy mast structure and double lifting chain, ensuring extra stability and safety during lifting. Additionally, the truck features automatic speed reduction once the forks exceed 500 mm, as well as a delayed lowering function for loads exceeding 600 kg. This significantly increases safety during work at height.

The electric stacker runs on wear-resistant polyurethane wheels, which ensure quiet operation, low rolling resistance, and excellent handling characteristics on hard warehouse floors. The drive wheel measures Ø210 x 70 mm, the tandem load wheels measure Ø80 x 70 mm, and the balance wheels Ø115 x 55 mm. Thanks to its compact design, a turning circle of only 1425 mm, and a ground clearance of 30 mm, the truck offers excellent maneuverability in narrow aisles. The forks have dimensions of 70 x 160 x 1150 mm and are available with a fork width of 560 or 680 mm, suitable for various pallet sizes. The truck achieves a driving speed of 4 km/h under load and 4.5 km/h unloaded, while the powerful electric drive consists of a 0.75 kW drive motor and a 2.5 kW lift motor. The electromagnetic braking system ensures safe and controlled braking during operation.

Thanks to its compact dimensions and efficient aisle width of 2268 mm for 1200x1000 mm pallets transversely and 2194 mm for 1200x800 mm pallets longitudinally, this stacker is ideally suited for use in narrow warehouses and logistics environments where efficient space utilization is essential.
